The key to TDL Contractor’s success since 1986, has been
our people. From the skilled trades to superintendents,
TDL has and continues to employ highly motivated and gifted
individuals in the field. To insure their success, the
top management of the firm involves themselves in the
daily operation of the projects.
John Tilmon, President, manages the day to day
operations of the office including marketing, contract
negotiations and administration. Weekly meetings are
held with the project managers to insure projects are
on time and budget. Project difficulties are resolved
within a team effort before they can become problems.
Dennis Hamilton Vice President, manages the day to day
operations in the field. His daily efforts on site insure
superintendents, employees and subcontractors have sufficient
manpower, equipment and supplies to keep a project on
schedule. His presence insures that tasks to be completed
daily, weekly and through out the project are done so
in a timely and efficient manner. With Hamilton’s involvement,
difficulties are resolved in the field before they can
become problems for the firm, owners or project architects.
