David brings more than 23 years of construction management experience to the TDL Contractor team. His experience in managing construction activities from project start to finish, include estimating, contracting, scheduling, procurement management, and project closeout are strengths in his construction management portfolio.
David managed construction projects from 1982 until today ranging in size up to $115 Million. David is a licensed General Contractor in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. David has managed projects in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee, as well as, overseas in the former Soviet Union States of the Balkans.
